Harlequin Oil Storage Tanks - Introduction
Using only premium grade materials and manufactured to the highest industry standards, every Harlequin oil storage tank has to pass a range of stringent tests before it leaves the factory.
All Harlequin Advance single skin tanks stocked by Thermsaver are supplied complete with electronic tank contents gauge and tank fitting kit.
All Harlequin standard bunded tanks stocked by Thermsaver are supplied complete with electronic contents gauge, bund alarm and fitting kit as standard.
All Harlequin bunded tanks and Fuel Stations are also supplied complete with a failsafe overfill prevention probe, for cleaner, safer, environmentally responsible filling. The probe is fully compatible with the LRC Overfill Prevention System and comparable systems in widespread use throughout the European Union and is fully compliant with the requirements of European Standard EN13616.
The siting of oil storage tanks is the responsibility of the owner/user and the installation must conform to all national and local building regulations. There should be no risk of pollution or environmental damage to buildings, water sources, drains etc.
Leaked oil can be very difficult and expensive to clean up so it is very important that the oil storage tank is of the highest quality and that the whole installation meets, or exceeds, the latest regulations.

Bunded Oil Storage Tanks
The Harlequin range of bunded oil storage tanks is ideal for domestic, agricultural, commercial and industrial use where, in the event of a spillage, there could be significant consequences to the environment.
With a range of different models and capacities... there is sure to be a Harlequin oil storage tank or fuel station available to suit almost any installation. Irrespective of model or capacity chosen, every Harlequin tank has been engineered to exceed the most demanding technical, environmental and regulatory requirements.
The Small Print
Prior to the installation of any Single Skin Tank a recognised Risk Assessment should be undertaken by a competent person in accordance with statutory requirements. Please note that Harlequin Single Skin Tanks are unsuitable for connection to gravity fed diesel delivery systems incorporating a flexible hose and trigger nozzle. All Harlequin Tanks with a capacity greater than 2500 litres must be bunded, irrespective of location or installation type.
Please note that Harlequin Bunded Tanks are unsuitable for connection to gravity fed diesel delivery systems incorporating a flexible hose and trigger nozzle. Harlequin Top Outlet Tanks are suitable only for connection to systems incorporating a pressure jet burner or oil lift equipment. They are not suitable for connection to equipment incorporating a vaporising burner. If in doubt please contact your boiler, cooker or stove manufacture prior to order placement.
