Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stands at the Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show held in the SECC, Glasgow on the 15th and 16th May. There was lots of interest in in our Delonghi Heat Pumps, Heat Recovery Ventilation and Underfloor Heating.
Local MSP Opens Heat Pump Training Centre

Our local MSP Michael McMahon opened the Thermsaver-Delonghi heat pump training centre at Righead Industrial Estate Bellshill. In Partnership with ICS, Thermsaver will now be able to provide sales, distribution, service, technical support and installer training for the full range of Delonghi Heat Pumps.
Thermsaver Becomes Scottish Distribution for Delonghi Air and Gound Source Heat Pumps

With the enviroment being at the for front of most people minds these days Thermsaver have joined forces with a major european manufacture of Air Source, Ground Souurce and Geothermal Heat Pumps. DeLonghi - Climaveneta Heat Pump equipment range from 4Kw to 180Kw in capacity providing state of the art design, efficient performance and value for money to a wide variety of users and applications within both the residential and commercial markets.
Thermsaver expands with a new office and a new distribution centre

We are pleased to announce that after 25 years of trading, thermsaver are moving to a new industrial unit only a few miles away in Righead Industrial Estate, Bellshill. As our products and services have increased the move is required to give us considerably more space and resources including a purpose built visitor/training area.... Our product distribution centre has also been moved to a new building at Eurocentral on the M8 motorway, giving easy access and despatch throughout the UK.
New range of unvented cylinders launched

Unvented cylinders and the provision for hot water systems has been an important part of thermsaver's business for more than 15 years. ... In conjunction with the company who designed and manufactured the cylinder for the market leader, thermsaver have now launched their own stainless steel unvented cylinder with a 25 year warranty.
Time to replace your old oil boiler?

Your old oil boiler has probably served you well for many years and you maintain it as and when necessary. It may be going to lock out occasionally and you may have trouble keeping it alight. You may have an old steel oil tank, a tired old boiler, long conventional flue and most importantly, you will probably have only 60% efficiency.
The answer would be to replace this boiler with a modern type possibly balanced flue where Government tested efficiency figures - SEDBUK A Rating - ensure that the boiler is over 90% efficient.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stands at the Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show held in the SECC, Glasgow. The interest in Heat Recovery Ventilation was high as was interest in our solar compatible products especially underfloor heating and unvented hot water cylinders.
David Black appointed Business Development Manager

Thermsaver are pleased to announce the appointment of David Black as Business Development Manager with effect from 6th October 2008. David has over 20 years experience within the plumbing and heating industry, more recently as branch manager of both an independent merchant and within a major uk group.
David will be able to provide additional support on our existing products and services while also looking at new market areas and specialist products for our customer base.
